Scheduling
Because the many of our patients attend school, appointments requiring longer than 20 minutes will be scheduled between 8:10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. This allows us to offer as many before and after school appointments as possible.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to change an appointment we will have to reappoint according to availability in our schedule…generally in the early morning or early afternoon. If their is a change in your schedule let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
No-Shows
If an appointment is missed, it will be rescheduled, generally in the early morning or early afternoon.
Emergencies
If the patient has a broken bracket, loose band or broken wire, additional time will be needed to correct the problem. Please call and notify us of a broken appliance so we can reserve enough time to make the necessary repairs, even if your appointment is the next day.
Late Arrivals
We do our best to stay on schedule. If for some reason you are late for an appointment we wil try our best to accommodate you. Sometimes however, patients that are late or miss their appointments may have to be rescheduled.
***Our office does extend the courtesy of HouseCalls feature, which will call you usually the evening before your appointment. This is a computer generated program that can be affected by power outages and the weather. We ask that you always keep your appointment card and/or message to yourself regarding your appointment time and date.
